A festive atmosphere greeted me this morning when I woke up and gazed out my window towards the neighborhood. My neighbors had full color yard signs advertising the wares that they were starting to display on long tables before their houses. Our mayor had started organizing a fundraising campaign for a nearby town that had suffered through a calamity, and everyone was already busy with the preparations for the day’s activities. Donations and other forms of help have already arrived from the town’s businesses, like those of the advertising company in the form of the colorful signs. The sharp images and attractive tag lines on the signs are enough encouragement for sure for droves to visit the bake sale later on. I knew I had to start moving as well, but as I was sipping from my cup of coffee I was really tempted to just enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. It was my job to oversee the setting up of the mini carnival at the square, where many other attractions would be available. As a highlight for the day, an auction will be held that will feature prominent members of the community who will offer their services to the highest bidder. It’s looking to be quite an exciting day full of many worthwhile activities and attractions that will not only entertain but provide a means to help others. The great thing about it all is that as soon as everyone heard what the campaign was for, no one hesitated to pitch in and offer their assistance. It makes me proud to be part of a very generous community, and it feels fulfilling to be able to help out for a good cause.

For us who live here on Maui and the many more who have traveled here to Kiteboard, we all know what an awesome place this is for maui kiteboarding lessons, its consistently strong trade winds, warm water, spectacular views and winter swell make for some of the best Kiteboarding on the planet and what many do not know, possibly even some locals are how tenuous a relationship Kiteboarding has with the North Shore of Maui and under normal circumstances none of us would be able to Kiteboard on the North shore because of the presence of the airport, FAA regulations prohibit the flying of any kites within 5 miles of an airport but It is only allowed here because of the strong efforts of a few individuals who became involved with the sport early on. They aided make what is known as, The Waiver, the FAA waiver that lets Kiteboarding on the North Shore of Maui and without it, we are all without a great place to Kite, what even less people know is that one individual, not the county or some organization holds this waiver and currently it is being held by Joel Richman, father of Shawn and Jesse Richman, before him it was Dylan Grafmyer and Martin Kirk ; this is a considerable obligation for one individual to hold and our many thanks must go out to Joel, Dylan and Martin, what all of us owe these individuals as well, is our reinforcement and our proceeded effort to play by the rules and this means Kiting in the permitted boundaries and especially staying clear of the NO FLY ZONE in front of the airports runway, and when one Kiteboarder decides to break the regulations they put our whole sport at risk of being censored from such a outstanding playground.

I would really consider having a farmland when I will buy a land in the US. I mean, I am no farmer but I really do love to settle down in a land that is as peaceful and as serene as that of a farmland. Where else can you find a beautiful scenic farmland but in Tennessee. So I had to look up tn land for sale in the world wide web. I’m not buying yet of course, but there’s no harm in wanting to look at your prospective purchase now. Of course, over time, I will have to consider having a produce in that piece of land that I’m looking at. I am thinking corn or anything that would be very helpful for people. Or I could consider planting some flowers like tulips or sunflower or baby’s breath—what have you; and I don’t even know if these crops will be suitable for the kind of climate that Tennessee has. Planning for your future is always good to do. I really love watching the land with all the bodies of water present as good contrast to the many grasslands. The price is very competitive and fair—an important thing to consider. I will definitely save for the land that I want to own. I hope that I can have it when I am already married with kids and a career that would allow me to just stay at home and enjoy the farm. Tennessee farmland is really one of the best panoramic views that I have seen so far—even just in pictures, and I know that I will be very happy when I finally live there.
